| Tomorrow looks promising | | Sat, Oct. 1 @ 4:00 PM - permalink | | The weather may be a little grey and the fields may be a little wet, but all things considered, it's the best outlook we've had so far. We have identified areas on both fields that should remain playable and, if the current weather predictions hold (morning showers that break up by game time), we will finally get the season rolling. |

| 2011 Schedule Changes | | Thu, Sep. 29 @ 10:00 PM - permalink | | Games originally scheduled for 11-Sep and 18-Sep have been cancelled and will not be made up. Games originally scheduled for 25-Sep have been moved to SATURDAY 8-Oct with one additional change - the Grade 3-4 games have swapped times. All other games remain as originally scheduled. Photos will now be taken on 9-Oct - please arrive 45 minutes prior to your gametime on that day. |

| Games postponed | | Sun, Sep. 25 @ 10:00 AM - permalink | | Unfortunately, the late week rains and heavy dews have left the school grounds oversaturated (again). Rather than force play on what will become a very muddy and unusable field, we are going to postpone this week's games. The season will now likely be extended into November as we check our options for playing fields. |

| Season to resume 9/19 | | Fri, Sep. 16 @ 12:00 PM - permalink | | The school fields have been re-opened to rec groups. Soccer will resume practices Monday 9/19 and the games will start on 9/25. Use the original game schedule - just disregard the first two weeks. Contact your coach for information on practices. |

| Season still on hold | | Tue, Sep. 13 @ 10:00 PM - permalink | | Due to the impacts of the flood to all of the village fields as well as far too many of our league's players, the games scheduled for 9/18 have been cancelled. If conditions improve, practices will attempt to resume 9/19 with games continuing as originally scheduled for 9/25. Confirmation of this plan to come later this week/weekend. |
